Buffalo Outer Harbor Concerts Begin

BUFFALO, N.Y. — With construction completed and final touches put on a $13 million project, Buffalo Outer Harbor Terminal B held its first concert Friday night.

Chappell Roan headlined the first Buffalo Waterfront show. It was a packed house and fans arrived as early as 8 a.m. Friday to get up close to the stage on a historic evening.

The pop singer and rising star opened the new performance space, with concerts telling 2 On Your Side the venue’s space helped add to the experience.
