Man, 60, stabbed at northwest Atlanta gas station, police investigating

ATLANTA – Atlanta police are investigating the stabbing of a 60-year-old man at a local gas station on Thursday.

Authorities say the stabbing happened around 10 a.m. in the 3600 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive.

On site, the police discovered a man in his sixties who had been stabbed several times.

Medics rushed the man to a local hospital. Authorities say he is expected to survive his injuries.

Investigators are working to determine the causes of this violence.
