Tickets go on sale today for the Atlanta Dream vs Indiana Fever games at State Farm Arena – 95.5 WSB

ATLANTA — Tickets go on sale Wednesday morning for the Atlanta Dream’s home games against the Indiana Fever at State Farm Arena.

The Dream announced last week that they were moving the June 21 and August 26 games to their former home. The matches will feature the final three No. 1 overall draft picks: Rhyne Howard of the Dream and Caitlin Clark and Aliyah Boston of Fever.

Tickets will be available at 10 a.m. on the Dream website here. Season ticket holders and fans who have already purchased should have received an email regarding the tickets they have already purchased.

Atlanta currently plays at the 3,500-seat Gateway Center Arena, which is the smallest capacity of the WNBA arenas. State Farm Arena, where the Dream played from 2008 to 2016 and 2019, can accommodate up to 17,000 people.

The Dream are off to a 2-1 start to the season, but tickets were a hot commodity well before the season started. In April, Atlanta announced that it had exhausted its subscription quota.

Other games against the defending champions Las Vegas Aces and Chicago Sky, led by Angel Reese and Kamila Cardoso, are listed as sold out.

“We are not new to sellouts. We actually sold eight titles under new ownership three years ago. We had 12 sellouts last year,” said President and COO Morgan Shaw Parker. “And so this year is very special because we’re catching this wave. It’s an incredible year. We have an exciting draft class and we are so excited.
