Lorraine Cochran-Johnson and Larry Johnson appear headed for DeKalb CEO runoff

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – Lorraine Cochran-Johnson and Larry Johnson appeared headed for a runoff Tuesday night in an election to determine who will succeed Michael Thurmond as DeKalb County CEO.

The runoff will take place on Tuesday, June 18, 2024. Steve Bradshaw was a distant third in the Georgia Democratic primary on Tuesday.

At the end of March, the three candidates participated in a forum presented by Atlanta News First and Decature.
