Trump returns to Texas today | NewsRadio 740 KTRH

After joking that he was going to demand that Joe Biden take a drug test before next month’s debate during a speech at an event in Minnesota, former President Donald Trump is back in Texas today to speak at the NRA Leadership Forum in Dallas. Trump is scheduled to take the stage at 2 p.m.

This will be the ninth time Trump has addressed his supporters, and thousands of people are expected to be on hand for the big event.

Last February, Trump promised to repeal a Biden rule limiting sales of gun devices, as well as other regulations imposed by the administration.

Trump also called himself “the best president for gun owners,” while continuing his commitment to defending the Second Amendment.

Gov. Greg Abbott is also expected to speak at the NRA meeting today.
