Scenarios to follow

1. Where will Atlanta United’s offense come from? Giakoumakis and Almada are slightly injured. Almada said after Wednesday’s loss at Chicago that it was possible he would change the lineup. This may seem necessary as the team’s typical 4-3-3/4-2-3-1 isn’t producing much in recent matches, only five goals in the last five, and the chances created have slowly diminished.

2. New Nashville manager bounces back? Will Nashville see a bounce-back interim manager? The franchise fired Gary Smith on Thursday, the decision coming after a win. Nashville has been struggling since last year’s League Cup. Smith’s firing shouldn’t have come as a surprise. Will the players rally around their new transition manager?
