Taste of Buffalo announces 44 participating restaurants and food trucks

The Taste of Buffalo presented by Tops announced that 44 restaurants and food trucks as well as four wineries will participate in the 41st annual celebration of Buffalo’s culinary scene, taking place July 13-14 along Delaware Avenue and Niagara Square , in downtown Buffalo.

This year’s restaurants include a mix of classic American and ethnic cuisines that represent the diversity of culinary culture that Western New York is known for. Of the 44 restaurants, 11 will participate in the event for the first time. In addition, 24 veteran restaurants will offer new dishes – the best new thing being chosen by festival-goers! There will also be three Rockstar Kitchen Pop-Ups featuring some of Buffalo’s most prominent chefs, including two James Beard finalists selling their delicious dishes.

“By bringing people from all corners of our region and beyond to taste our delicious and diverse selection of local cuisine, the Taste of Buffalo perfectly showcases what makes Buffalo special,” said Tom Mahoney, president of Taste of Buffalo 2024. “Between our new and returning restaurants, live music from local favorites, family activities and a wonderful summer weekend in downtown Buffalo, there’s something for everyone at Taste!
