5 key takeaways from the Buffalo Bills’ incredibly tough 2024 schedule

The anticipation of the NFL schedule being released is finally behind us, and one thing that jumps out at you with the Bills schedule is how difficult it is. We’ll get to that later, but it seems like bills have one of the most difficult schedules to manage each year. At the end of the season, they still find a way to win the division title and make the playoffs, but it would be nice if they didn’t have to work so hard to get there. Maybe they could be a little less banged up and get some rest before the playoffs.

The Bills open the season by hosting the Arizona Cardinals in Week 1, as Kyler Murray and rookie Marvin Harrison Jr. come to One Bills Drive. As a fan, it will be exciting to be one of the first to see MHJ on an NFL field, but it will be a tough test for a somewhat rebuilt secondary, with Murray’s mobility the Cardinals could give the Bills some crises, even if Buffalo leaves with a victory. You can view my full match-by-match score predictions here.

The Buffalo Bills will play five primetime games this season, but fortunately the rest of their schedule is filled with games on Sundays at 1 p.m. EST, which should be a welcome change. I’ll have more to say about primetime gaming in this article, so keep reading for my thoughts on it. One game I will be looking forward to is the Seahawks on the road in Seattle. Only because I will be there with my family to cheer on our Buffalo Bills. But enough about that, here are my five takeaways from the Buffalo Bills’ 2024 schedule.
