Silver Alert canceled for West Allis man | Top stories

WEST ALLIS, Wis. (WKOW) – West Allis Police have found the man who was reported missing Tuesday morning.

Charles M. Stephan, 61, was last seen around 4 a.m. Tuesday near the 10500 block of W. Greenfield Avenue in Milwaukee County. He is known to frequent restaurants such as Honey Berry Cafe, George Webb’s and McDonald’s. Stephan also often goes to parks.

Stephan is 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs approximately 163 pounds and was last seen wearing jeans, a tan spring jacket, tennis shoes and a blue t-shirt. He has blue eyes and short brown hair.
