Weinstein Properties buys apartments in Westshore

Weinstein Properties purchased The Flats at Westshore, a 362-unit apartment community in Cumming, from Atlantic Residential for an undisclosed amount.

The property was built in 2022 and is part of the Westshore Town Center, which features 20,000 square feet of retail. Community amenities include a fitness center, clubhouse, lounge, playground, spa, and swimming pool.

Robert Stickel, Alex Brown, Ashlyn Warren, Michael Kay and Sim Patrick of Cushman & Wakefield represented Atlantic Residential in the transaction.

“Atlantic Residential identified this unique opportunity to develop a mixed-use village with The Flats at Westshore,” Stickel, executive vice president of Cushman & Wakefield, said in a press release. “They designed and delivered a differentiated multifamily asset with several attractive attributes, including green space, extensive amenities and complementary retail in a walkable environment.
