Bucks County man charged with drugging and raping women he met on dating site

BRISTOL TOWNSHIP, Pa.A disturbing dating nightmare ended with a Bucks County man facing multiple sexual assault and drug charges, and authorities fear there may be more victims.

40-year-old Andrew Gallo is suspected of drugging at least six women he met on a dating website and then sexually abusing them while intoxicated.

The victims, aged between 17 and 30, said they met Gallo on a dating website and then met at his home for dates.

Officials said Gallo secretly slipped a controlled substance into his victims’ drinks, causing them to feel “strange” after drinking.

MORE HEADLINES:

“They described feeling a loss of control during the sexual contact and being unable to stop Gallo from doing anything,” said the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office. “All of the victims reported having rough sex with the defendant.”

Laboratory results showed that the victims had methamphetamine and other drugs in their systems, and a bottle of tequila found in Gallo’s home also tested positive for methamphetamine.

Gallo is charged with five counts of rape by negligent assault, six counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, four counts of strangulation, two counts of sale or distribution of alcohol or malt or brewed beverages to a minor and one count of enticement of a minor. He was arrested Wednesday morning.

Officials said they were “firmly convinced” there were more victims and urged them to come forward if they had a date with Gallo and suspected they had been drugged.
