It was the last vacant lot in what is considered one of Houston’s most desirable locations. A joint venture consisting of Croissant Real Estate, the Schnitzer family and the Doggett family reclaimed 6.3 acres at BLVD Place and Post Oak Blvd. The group is called 1750 Post Oak Partners.

John Goff of Crescent added: “We have long viewed this site as one of the most important and best located parcels of land in Houston. Our company with the Doggett and Schnitzer families was created to capitalize on this unique opportunity to develop a mix of premier office, hospitality, residential and retail assets.

The future development will benefit from access from Post Oak Boulevard, Boulevard Place, Post Oak Lane and Ambassador Way.

Eric Anderson and Jeff G. Peden of Transwestern Real Estate Services represented the buyer and Davis Adams, Graham Horton and Brandon Clarke of JLL represented the seller.
