Baltimore police arrest five suspects, including juveniles, in car theft in Eastern District

BROOKLYN, NY — Police are searching for two people involved in a robbery that occurred in Brooklyn on Monday, August 19, 2024. The incident occurred around 9:25 p.m., when two unidentified suspects approached a 20-year-old male victim and forcibly took his cellphone while demanding money.

According to reports, the suspects imitated a firearm during the robbery and then fled the scene on a moped to an unknown location. The victim suffered no injuries.

The first suspect is described as a man, around 30 years old, with a slim build, medium skin tone and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue polo shirt. The second suspect is described as a woman, around 20 years old, with a medium build and medium skin tone. She was last seen wearing a green t-shirt and dark-colored shorts.

No arrests have been made and investigations are ongoing.
