Montgomery County Sheriff’s Deputies Investigate Shots Fired on Atlanta Freeway

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is investigating shots fired on an Atlanta highway.

Capt. Randy Pollard told Action 8 News the shots were fired at the Chevron gas station on Atlanta Hwy at McLemore Drive.

Details are yet to be determined, but Pollard said a car was hit by gunfire. No one was reported injured.

Investigators are still on site.
