QT Marshall shows off his physique.

QT Marshall competed in the Atlanta Classic Physique event, winning first place.

Tatum Paxley vs. Izzi Dame added to 7/16 WWE NXT

Marshall said that a year ago he decided to change his lifestyle and he showed the results of that change at the event.

Marshall is currently signed to AEW. He is the reigning CCW Heavyweight Champion.
