Concrete work begins on Sunset Avenue project in Buffalo – Sheridan Media

In his report to the Buffalo City Council at its last meeting, project engineer Brent Bennett of Nelson Engineering updated them on the Sunset Avenue project, saying concrete work was expected to begin this week.

According to information provided by Bennett at an earlier meeting, the approximately $3 million project will replace the water distribution line and sanitary sewer line on Sunset Avenue from Park Lane to Cedar Street, as well as resurfacing the street.

During the meeting, the council also announced that on Tuesday, July 16, the city/county meeting will be held at 7 a.m., WYDOT will make its STIP presentation at 1 p.m., and the next city council meeting will be held at 5 p.m.
