New WellNow Urgent Care Center Opens in Lewiston

There’s a new place to get medical care in Niagara County.

WellNow Urgent Care’s new location on Center Street in Lewiston opens for the first time Wednesday.

It will be open only on weekdays, Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Officials say they are pleased to be able to expand their services. Previously, if Lewiston residents needed to go to a WellNow urgent care center, they had to travel to Niagara Falls or, even further, to Grand Island.

“We are seeing a need again in a community like this to offer urgent care, comfortable and convenient, high-quality medical care outside of the typical emergency room or other physician’s offices,” said Aaron Silver, director of market operations, WellNow Urgent Care.
