Blake DeVine is a reporter for Atlanta News First and joined the station in April 2024.

He prides himself on writing, editing and shooting all of his own videos.

Blake came to Atlanta from Austin, Texas, where he was a morning reporter for KXAN. There, he received a Lone Star Emmy for his team’s coverage of a winter storm that left thousands of residents without power.

Blake also worked as a sports anchor and news reporter at KEYT in his hometown of Santa Barbara, California, where he received a Golden Mike Award for “Best Live Coverage” while covering a rapidly spreading wildfire that nearly burned his television station to the ground.

Blake graduated from Florida State University in 2019 with a degree in Sports Management. Throughout his studies, he interned with the NBA in New York and NFL Network in Los Angeles.
