Houston sees another annual increase in active listings in June

Active listings increased 36.7% in June, according to the Houston Association of REALTORS®’s First Real Estate Snapshot of Houston (FRESH) report.

Nearly 30,000 homes were on the market last month, up from 21,939 homes in June 2023. Meanwhile, real estate agents added 15,032 homes to the MLS, an 8.3% increase year-over-year.

The average listing price also increased 1% to $445,100 from $440,648 a year earlier.
