The Texans quarterback, who lit up last season as a rookie and helped lead Houston to the playoffs, was nominated for “Best Breakthrough Athlete” honors. He faces Haleigh Bryant of LSU gymnastics, USC women’s basketball player Juju Watkins and Victor Wenbanyama of the San Antonio Spurs.
