Buffalo Bills’ Brandon Beane provides injury update ahead of summer

It’s the first day of summer and the Buffalo Bills will be off work for several more weeks.

Most players will train in the meantime.

Others will treat wounds.

As for the latter, Buffalo general manager Brandon Beane believes the Bills’ situation is going well.

Khalil Shakir was the only player injured during minicamp practices. The receiver had a lower body issue. Others did not participate at all because they were resting from previous injuries.

According to Beane, the “nicks and bruises” will eventually be acceptable. When training camp begins July 23, the general manager said he thinks almost everyone, if not everyone, will be ready to go.
