Police ask for help in finding missing Ankeny teenager

ANKENY, Iowa – Ankeny police are asking the public for help in locating a teenager who has been missing since Saturday.

According to police, 16-year-old Lazaha Brown left her apartment around midnight on Saturday (Sunday morning).

She is described as a black woman, 5’4″ tall and 100 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes. Police are unsure of what clothing she was wearing when she left.

If you have any information on Brown’s whereabouts, you are asked to call 911 immediately.
