Leopard found dead – The Hindu

A dead leopard was found on a private property in Poonchola in Kanjirapuzha district on Tuesday. Locals said the footprints, suspected to be of a leopard, were spotted in the area a few days ago.

Forest officials said the leopard found dead was about 10 years old. A postmortem conducted in the afternoon confirmed that the animal died of old age.
