The lawsuit states that after this tour, M99 stopped working with Woods and “decided not to charge for Australian services in hopes of parting ways amicably and helping Uzivert and/or Artist pay the M99 performance-related invoices. As a courtesy, M99 also did not bill Uzivert and/or Artist for a canceled show in Phoenix and an NBA 2k event for which M99 provided services.
