Atlanta hosts gathering of world-class organists for judged recital – WABE

A gathering of some of the world’s most talented classical organists will take place soon in Atlanta, with a distinguished panel celebrating the achievements of the next generation.

The Elizabeth B. Stephens International Organ Competition will bring six finalists from around the world to Peachtree Road United Methodist Church in Atlanta to perform in a recital in front of judges and potentially win the grand prize. The finalists’ recitals are free and open to the public all day June 19.
