Spencer Fane expands through Houston partners Garnett, Neuer and Perkins

Joseph Garnett, Raymond Neuer and R. Edward Perkins have joined Spencer Fane’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group as partners in the firm’s Houston office, the firm announced Thursday.

Garnett defends clients in trade fraud allegations; commercial dispute; professional, premises and product liability files; personal injury suits; and property damage, according to the firm.

Neuer represents manufacturers, distributors, premises owners and contractors, third party switching companies and track maintenance companies in claims including catastrophic injuries and death, claims brought under federal law on employer liability and commercial matters, the firm said.
