Show your 🏳️‍🌈 PRIDE 🏳️‍🌈with the Houston Dash all month long!

Houston – If your goal this month is to show your pride, the Houston Dash has five collaborative events to celebrate inclusivity.

“We call them Dash Bashes because Dash people like to have a lot of fun,” said Houston Dash Marketing Director SJ (Sarah Jo) Luedtke.

The launch event will take place tonight, June 13, at Pearl Bar, the only lesbian bar in the city of Houston. It’s fitting that Houston’s only professional women’s team supports the LGBTQIA+ community.

“Our players are fantastic, they take time out of their days whenever they can, they are really busy as you can imagine; but they love giving back and it’s honestly one of their favorite events that we do throughout the year,” Luedtke said.

The Dash has also partnered with Pride Threads. Fans can purchase the newly designed t-shirt as part of a package for the Dash game on Saturday, June 15 or the Dynamo game on June 29. Fans can also purchase the Pride Night jersey at the team store starting June 15.

The Dash will give the first 2,500 fans entering Shell Energy Stadium on June 15 a Pride-inspired crossbody bag, courtesy of the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.

The Dash draws on the Houston community while remaining competitive on the field.

“Our Dash players are phenomenal, they continue to find ways to support what we do,” Luedtke said.
