Buffalo woman shot and killed on city’s East Side

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Buffalo Police say they are investigating a fatal shooting that happened Wednesday evening on Liddell Street.

Officers responded to a call shortly before 8:45 p.m. on the 100 block of Liddell Street. A woman was shot during an alleged altercation with a group of other women, detectives say.

The victim, aged 43, was transported to ECMC and pronounced dead.
