National lobster food truck heading to Buffalo

BUFFALO, N.Y. — Cousins ​​Maine Lobster, a national franchise, will begin food truck operations this weekend in Buffalo as a multi-market franchisee expands upstate.

Pete and Cindy Sztankovits currently operate five food trucks in central and northwest New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania. Their sixth franchise agreement covers the Buffalo, Rochester and Syracuse markets.

Based out of a Rochester police station, the new truck already has events scheduled in the Buffalo market starting June 15 at the Flying Bison Brewery. Other dates will follow for food truck gatherings at Samuel’s Grande Manor and Larkinville.
