After logging into your account, select the 3 lines at the top left of the screen.
Select the very first option. The “My Bills” option on this screen.
Select the invoice you want to pay
If the invoice is paid, it will look like the above. If there is a remaining balance, you will continue to enter your information to pay the bill.

What is my subscription account number for the 2024 season?
Log in to your Atlanta Dream account manager using your email address associated with your account to view your account number.

Can I manage my subscriptions on my mobile phone?
Yes, you can do this using your Atlanta Dream Account Manager.

How do I submit payment for my subscriptions?

Log in to your account manager to view your 2024 invoice and you can pay through it.

How do I update the contact information on my account?
Dream Elite members can update their account information via the “Edit my profile” in their account manager.

Can I sell my tickets?
Yes, when you can’t attend the game — Members can sell their game tickets directly to other Dream fans using the official WNBA ticket exchange site powered by Ticketmaster. For a step-by-step process, please see your Dream Elite member tutorial.

How do I update the credit card for my monthly payment?

Please contact the service team by emailing [email protected] to update your preferred payment method. You can also log in to your Atlanta Dream account manager to add your new payment method.

How do I upgrade or add seats?

Via your Atlanta Dream Account Manager under “Add Seats”

Where can I view my invoice?

To view your invoice, please log in to your Atlanta Dream account manager and click on Invoices in the upper left corner.

I think there is a discrepancy on my bill or I have a general bill question. Who should I contact ?

If you have any questions regarding your bill, please contact your dedicated Membership Consultant or email [email protected]

How to update credit card on file?

To update your credit card on file, please log in to your Atlanta Dream account manager. Once logged in, please select your 2024 bill for payment options. Credit cards must be updated at least one business day before recurring monthly payment dates.

Will my payment plan installments be automatically billed?

Yes, payments will be automatically billed. Once members sign up for a payment plan, no further action is necessary!

Can I pay for my tickets early if I’m on a payment plan?

If you would like to pay for your tickets early or make an advance payment, please log in to your Atlanta Dream account manager and select Pay Bills.

I need to update my mailing address. Where can I do this?

Please be sure to check or update your contact information before the renewal deadline. Changes to your contact information (mailing address and phone number(s) associated with your account) can be updated online through your Atlanta Dream account manager.

I need to update my email address. Where can I do this?

Your email address can be updated by emailing your Membership Consultant or [email protected]

I need to reset my Atlanta Dream Account Manager password. Where can I do this?

Passwords can be reset, if lost or forgotten, by logging into your Atlanta Dream Account Manager, selecting “Sign In” in the upper right corner of the page, then “Forgot Password” .

Can I transfer ownership of my tickets to a friend or family member?

Subscription accounts are non-transferable. The member registered for the season pass is responsible for his account. For more information on our ticket policies, please see the Atlanta Dream Ticket Terms and Conditions.

Does my child need a ticket?

Children under three years old do not need a ticket. However, they must sit on the lap of an adult with a ticket.

What is the refund policy?

ALL TICKET SALES (INCLUDING SEASON SUBSCRIBERS) ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, CREDITS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE GIVEN EXCEPT AT THE TEAM’S DISCRETION AND AS PROVIDED HEREIN. THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY (IF ANY), IF ADMISSION IS DENIED OR REVOKED, OR IF THE EVENT IS CANCELED AND NOT POSTPONED, IS A REFUND OF UP TO THE FACE VALUE OF THE TICKET SET BY THE TEAM (THE “NOMINAL VALUE”). IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TEAM, THE WNBA OR THE ARENA BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, OR FOR ANY DAMAGES BEYOND THE FACE VALUE OF THE TICKET, INCLUDING INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY AMOUNT PAID IN EXCESS OF FACE VALUE FOR THIS TICKET.

How will parking be managed?

Parking can be purchased in advance from your Membership Advisor, otherwise it will cost $15 at the point of entry.

What is the bag policy at Gateway Center Arena?

The Gateway Center Arena Clear Bag Policy strictly limits the size and types of bags permitted in an effort to ensure the safety of all guests while attending an event. Backpacks, purses (other than small clutches) and diaper bags are not permitted. Gateway Center Arena strongly encourages guests not to bring bags. However, the following will be permitted:

  1. Each guest may carry one clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bag measuring no larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12″ or one gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
  2. In addition to one of the clear bags mentioned above, guests may also carry a small pouch no larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″, with or without a handle or strap, subject to search.
