Atlanta Formal Markets to Feature Over 200 Collections in Sold-Out Event

Atlanta Formal Markets has sold its available exhibition space as it prepares to offer buyers access to more than 200 individual collections. The market expanded this year to cover three full floors at AmericasMart Atlanta, as well as more temporary exhibits in the overflow space.

News of the sellout comes as Andmore seeks to present “better than ever” editions of the Atlanta and Las Vegas formal markets, according to a recent release. Atlanta’s formal markets are scheduled for July 29 through August. August 2, while the Las Vegas Formal Markets will take place August 11-13 at the Expo at the World Market Center in Las Vegas.

“Formal Markets offers the most dynamic sourcing experience of the summer, with all resources conveniently located under one roof at locations in Atlanta and Las Vegas, giving buyers easy access to the best suppliers in the industry , including exclusive Andmore exhibitors,” said Caron Stover, Andmore senior vice president, apparel. “While both markets operate ahead of Labor Day and offer more resources than ever, formal markets allow shoppers to see more and buy more efficiently in a buyer-first experience.

In Las Vegas, shoppers will have the chance to view more than 90 individual collections in a new exhibition layout. The change in layout was made to facilitate supply and enable enhanced events and amenities throughout.

Both formal markets will feature two of the industry’s biggest brands – Allure Bridals and Justin Alexander – in an exclusive, large-scale presentation. Shoppers will also be able to shop Allure Bridals and Portia & Scarlett in a combined display space at both markets.

A full schedule of activities is available for each market, including a Top 10 Prom After Party in Atlanta and invitation-only VIP launch events in Las Vegas.
