ATL Rendering Brings Atlanta to the Global Tech Stage

ATL Rendering Brings Atlanta to the Global Tech Stage

The technology conference is expected to attract more than 5,000 attendees and more than 100 speakers to Atlanta.

ATLANTA — Atlanta has a long history on the world stage and RenderATL is embracing it this year. This year, the motto of the Atlanta Technology Conference is “The World Comes to Rendering.”

RenderATL founder Justin Samuels told 11Alive that year three was all about growth.

“We wanted to open up more avenues and more opportunities for people to connect with our partners and learn more while they’re here, because the main thing we’re focused on is the continuing education of our healthcare professionals. technology,” Samuels said.

The technology conference is expected to attract more than 5,000 attendees and more than 100 speakers to Atlanta. It’s a week focused on engineers, developers, designers, founders, leaders, and everyone in between.

In addition to keynote speakers such as Google engineer Kelsey Hightower and sports broadcaster Shannon Sharpe, attendees will have the opportunity to connect with some of the biggest companies in and outside of Atlanta through the lobby. exhibition and several networking events.

Several large companies, such as Amazon, Delta, Intuit, Zillow, The Home Depot and Dropbox, are investing in the convention this year through sponsorships.

“Overall, you’ll see over 70 partner companies this year trying to hire or do demos, where they’ll show off the new innovations coming out of their engineering and general technology teams,” Samuels said.

Samuels tells 11Alive the setting of this conference is smaller than some of the larger tech conferences, giving attendees the chance to get closer to the top.

“This is what makes our conference unique. If you are an executive looking to network, we have other executives that you will typically only meet at these huge, gigantic conferences, where the chances of you meeting them will be low,” Samuels reiterated.

“There are people who come to the C-Suite, like the chief architect of Intuit, he will be at the conference. He also makes a presentation at the conference. Having people like that, who you can then have a one-on-one conversation with, may be what helps you change your career, or even change your life in general,” he continued.

Atlanta Tech Week is an extension of RenderATL, expanding the network and educational footprint to areas like Buckhead and Midtown. The main conference takes place at AmericasMart in downtown Atlanta.

Since its beginnings, RenderATL has challenged the norm of what a traditional technology convention looks like. It is a multicultural space that emphasizes culture, with art, food and music being the main themes.

The conference’s musical headliner, DJ Pee Wee, aka Anderson.Paak, will perform at “Render Haus,” the conference’s after-party concert.

With technology at its core, Render continues to create spaces for emerging and established technology professionals, while striving to increase Atlanta’s technology presence on the global stage.

RenderATL will take place June 12-14 at AmericasMart. For more information, click here.
