Throughout her 33-year nursing career, Sugra Shaik has always been interested in real estate investing. As he began his investment journey, his interest grew. While continuing on this path, she discovered that her true passion was real estate and chose to build a new career as a real estate agent. Now, after four years in the industry and several awards, she couldn’t be happier with her decision.

To maintain efficiency and expand its reach, technology is a crucial part of Shaik’s business. “I use a variety of technology tools to streamline processes, improve the customer experience and stay ahead of the competitive market,” she says. “Some of the key technologies I use include CRM software to manage customer interactions, digital marketing tools, e-signature platforms and social media. »

In 2023, Shaik earned his Luxury Home Certification and Luxury Real Estate Specialist Certification. Recognized locally as one of Houston’s top 10 agents, she also won Coldwell Banker’s 2023 International President’s Circle Award, representing the top 4% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide. A multi-millionaire producer, Shaik is the #2 agent for the Memorial branch of Coldwell Banker Realty. The previous year, she had been inducted into Coldwell Banker’s International Sterling Society.

Shaik counts home design and renovation among his hobbies. She also enjoys spending time with her family and pets.
