Police operation closes street in Chandler neighborhood

CHANDLER, AZ (AZFamily) – An active police investigation resulted in the closure of a street in a Chandler neighborhood Wednesday afternoon.

Crews responded shortly after 2:40 p.m. to a neighborhood near Chandler Boulevard and Los Feliz Drive, less than a mile northwest of the Chandler Fashion Square Mall.

Details are limited at this time, but Chandler police confirm a police incident closed Los Feliz Drive between Tyson Street and Carla Vista Drive. It is expected to remain closed for several hours as detectives investigate.
