Android “Bot” minifigure and more back on offer at Dead Zebra

After a brief hiatus and clearing out rare and unreleased stock, the updated Android “Bot” minifigure and a number of other Google-based collectibles are back in stock at the newly launched Dead Zebra online store.

Andrew Bell, the mind behind Dead Zebra, shared on X (formerly Twitter) that this is the start of “Hot Dino Summer,” with new Chrome Dino set restocks, the latest Android Mini-figures, and more beyond Google-related accessories.

One of the most important new accessories is the Chrome Hot Dino Summer Accessory Pack. This outfits your Chrome Dino figure with a fishing hat, mini google carry bag, and a camp shirt covered in tiny little dinos. It’s the perfect attire for the summer season.

Our own Ben Schoon has gone into incredible detail about the key differences between the latest Android “bot” minifigure and its predecessors if you’re trying to figure out whether you need this desk companion for yourself – so check that out. It was originally limited to the official Google merchandise store, but it’s nice to see a wider release. At $14, it’s even a little cheaper than before.

One of the biggest downsides is the lack of availability in some regions. If you’re like me and live in the UK and want to get your hands on some of the latest releases featuring the updated Android Mini ‘Bot’ figure, you’re out of luck. Dead Zebra stopped shipping to our little islands shortly after Brexit due to increased VAT costs. You’ll need to place an order over $135 or find a US parcel forwarding service.
