DC BLOX officials announced Thursday that its new dark fiber route, connecting its Myrtle Beach cable landing station to Atlanta, was officially completed.

The cable strengthens connectivity throughout the Southeast region and with the rest of the world. Officials said these roads can be thought of as highways that connect data across the planet.
