Buffalo Wild Wings Customers Take Home Unlimited Wings

Buffalo Wild Wings Customers Take Home Unlimited Wings

A server at Buffalo Wild Wings told customers they couldn’t get a box for unlimited wings. So they found a workaround.

TikTok user Caryssa (@_caryssa) was recently out for dinner with her boyfriend at Buffalo Wild Wings. At the end of their meal, her boyfriend asked for a box to take the rest of his All You Can Eat Boneless Wings meal, and the server apparently refused. “They told my boyfriend there was no box for unlimited wings at Buffalo Wild Wings,” Caryssa wrote in the text overlay.

But that didn’t stop Caryssa’s boyfriend. In a moment of pure ingenuity, Caryssa’s boyfriend made a makeshift take-out box out of the parchment paper that came with the wings. Triumphant, the couple heads towards the car to the tune of “Monkeys Spinning Monkeys” by Kevin MacLeod & Kevin The Monkey.

In the caption, Caryssa wrote, “He acts like he hasn’t already eaten over 20 wings and now I’m sitting in the car with a paper with seven wings on it while he drives.”

The video garnered 959,000 views as of Wednesday morning. In the comments, users explained how they already cheated the unlimited wings system.

One user said: “I brought my own tupperware. » Caryssa replied, “You’re so real for that.”

A second user apparently benefited from help from their server. “I did this yesterday. The waitress waited for her manager to leave then hung on. Caryssa replied, “W waitress.”

A third user said: “Thanks in advance! I will bring a large zipped bag and a large purse. Caryssa replied, “Be ready!” 10 wings at first, then six at a time. No OFC boxes. And the dry rub tastes just like chicken tenders, because it has to be boneless wings.

Unlimited Wings Offer Terms and Conditions

As per the terms and conditions, the offer is valid at participating locations on Mondays and Wednesdays for a limited time. Sharing is prohibited and “leftovers cannot be repackaged” for takeout.

One user wrote: “As a waitress there the managers were literally watching us like hawks, we couldn’t hand them out. Plus, it’s to stop people ordering a refill of 6 just to take them all home.

However, not everyone agreed. “I don’t know why people are like this,” one user wrote. Another replied: “Cheap.”

TikTokers have also used this “hack” during similar promotions at Applebee’s and Olive Garden. But it’s no wonder restaurants are limiting the value consumers get for their money when it comes to these promotions. The Associated Press recently reported that Red Lobster was in financial trouble after losing money on its all-you-can-eat shrimp promotion.
