Tracking Houston Texans 2024 Schedule Leaks: Latest News, Rumors

Houston is ready for takeoff.

The Texans are looking to build on the momentum of their surprising rise last season to the top of the AFC South in hopes of continuing their goal of contending for a Super Bowl. General manager Nick Caserio certainly did all he could in an offseason that included plenty of spending in free agency, a few major trades and shoring up holes on the roster leading up to the 2024 NFL Draft.

The full schedule will be revealed on May 15 at 8:15 p.m., but the Texans’ 2024 opponents have already been revealed by the nature of how their 2023 season ended. Houston will face all of the AFC’s first-place teams (the Bills, the Chiefs and the Ravens) as well as the rest of their division (the Jaguars, the Titans and the Colts) as well as the rest of the AFC East (the Jets, the Dolphins and the Patriots, the NFC North (the Vikings , the Packers, the Lions and the Bears) as well as the Cowboys.

A few of the biggest games have already been announced, including some Texas opponents, meaning the schedule is slowly but surely taking shape. The major additions of Stefon Diggs, Joe Mixon and Danielle Hunter mean the Texans could see more primetime action, especially with the second year of reigning NFL offensive rookie CJ Stroud.

Here are all the latest rumors surrounding the Texans’ 2024 NFL schedule:
