Kroger adds senior clinics at 8 metro Atlanta locations

Kroger Health announced a collaboration with Better Health Group to launch primary care services for elderly patients in Atlanta. This new initiative will roll out to eight The Little Clinic LLC (TLC) locations inside Kroger stores, focusing on improving access to comprehensive senior-focused care.

James Kirby, chief business officer at Kroger Health, emphasized the importance of providing convenient, specialized care to seniors, especially in medically underserved areas. “Kroger Health is committed to meeting the unique needs of our seniors. We are excited to provide coordinated, senior-focused primary care to the greater Atlanta area,” Kirby said.

Services offered at these TLC sites will include extended in-person visits with primary care providers, annual wellness visits, preventive care, disease management and personalized care plans. Additionally, patients will have the option to access other Kroger Health services, such as nutritional counseling and comprehensive medication reviews.
