45-year-old arrested on Friday after chase

SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO) – A 45-year-old Bruce man faces a long list of charges following a high-speed chase.

According to the Brookings County Sheriff’s Office, Travis Page parked at the end of a driveway on Friday and refused to move.

When authorities arrived, the sheriff’s office said he sped off on the wrong side of the road, driving 110 mph in a 55 mph zone.

According to authorities, Page attempted to ram the officer’s car at one point, but was unsuccessful.

Officers arrested Page on numerous charges, including drunken driving, reckless driving and aggravated assault on police.

He posted bail of $5,000 cash.
