Menomonie police are investigating the school threat

MENOMONIE, Wis. (WEAU) – Menomonie Police say in a news release that they are investigating a threat to a school in the Menomonie Area School District.

The press release states: “During the afternoon hours of Wednesday, May 8, 2024, we received a report of a possible threat to one of the schools in the Menomonie Area School District. At this time, the investigation has shown that the threat is not credible, but it remains under investigation.”
