AMBER Alert issued for 3-year-old boy from Texarkana

TEXARKANA, Arkansas – Arkansas State Police have issued an AMBER Alert for a three-year-old boy missing from Texarkana Friday morning.

ASP officials said 3-year-old Kaiden Barnes was last seen at the Links Apartments, 333 Links Drive, in Texarkana, around 1 a.m. Authorities said the child’s mother stated he was big enough to open the door and may have run away.

Special agents describe Barnes as a black boy, 3 feet tall, 28 pounds, with short black dreadlocks and brown eyes. ASP officials said he was last seen wearing a blue shirt and black pants.
