Handbag snatching and robbery in the Bronx

Bronx, New York:— A 43-year-old woman was attacked and robbed at a building at 2558 Olinville Avenue around 8:50 p.m. Saturday, according to police reports. Two unidentified young women reportedly began a verbal altercation with the victim before violently snatching her purse and repeatedly punching her in the face.

The attackers, described as teenagers of medium build and complexion, fled the scene on foot. The victim suffered minor injuries but refused medical treatment. Police are currently seeking information on the suspects.
