Whataburger Relaunches Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwich

Whataburger’s Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwich is back by popular demand and just in time for summer, according to a press release.

The sandwich features three crispy Whatachick’n strips topped with the brand’s original spicy Buffalo sauce and topped with fresh buttermilk ranch cheese and two slices of Monterey Jack cheese on a 5-inch bun. It’s available for a limited time starting now.

“The Buffalo Ranch Chicken Strip Sandwich was an instant hit when it first launched,” Whataburger CMO Scott Hudler said in the press release. “Since then, our fans have consistently asked us to update it, and we’ve been thrilled to deliver. While this unique flavor combination will be a welcome return for many guests, we’re also excited to introduce it to our new markets.”

Buffalo sauce and Buttermilk Ranch are available for purchase online and in grocery stores.

Whataburger has more than 1,000 restaurants in 15 states.
