Houston Happens Welcomes First MLB Play-by-Play Announcer

HOUSTON (KIAH) – Jenny Cavnar is a woman leading the way in sports broadcasting. She is currently the primary play-by-play voice for the Oakland Athletics, an American team that competes in Major League Baseball (MLB). Not only is she the first woman to hold the title in MLB history, but she is also a former classmate of host Maggie Flecknoe. They meet today on Houston Happens.
