RSP suspends Secretary General Dhakal for one week

KATHMANDU, July 4: The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has suspended its General Secretary and Spokesperson Dr. Mukul Dhakal for seven days.

On the recommendation of the Party’s Disciplinary Committee, Dr. Dhakal was suspended by the Party’s Central Committee.

At the party’s Central Committee meeting held late on Wednesday evening, it was decided to take action against Dr Dhakal.

Party Deputy General Secretary Kabindra Burlakoti was appointed as Acting General Secretary while Deputy General Secretary Manish Jha was appointed as Acting Spokesperson.
