TBI issues child at risk alert for 5-year-old Claiborne County girl

The authorities assume that the five-year-old is with her mother, who does not have custody.

CLAIBORNE COUNTY, Tenn. – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has issued a child at risk alert for five-year-old October Cooper.

TBI said October may be with her non-custodial mother, 39-year-old Victoria Cooper.

According to the TBI, Victoria is wanted by the Claiborne County Sheriff’s Office for obstruction of custody.

October is 97 cm tall, weighs 22.5 kg and has blonde hair and brown eyes.
