The Howell County Sheriff’s Department has issued a call to action regarding a missing person in the Junction Hill area near West Plains. You can read the unedited release below.

Donna Wilbanks was reported missing just today and was last seen at approximately 11:00 a.m. on 05/13/2024 in the 7000 block of East Highway 160 in West Plains near Junction Hill School. Ms. Wilbanks wears glasses and is dementedly confused.
