Battery Power TV: Knocked out of first place, Atlanta Braves aim for May start

The Atlanta Braves need an offensive spark as they look to maintain momentum from a brief two-game stay at Truist Park and get their season back on track.

A rough road trip knocked Atlanta out of first place and put the club in the unusual position of chasing the Philadelphia Phillies for first place in the NL East. Can the offense take inspiration from Marcell Ozuna and find its collective base?

Meanwhile, the pitching staff has been a strength for the Braves. With the rotation more stable, the bullpen is dealing with some injuries after Pierce Johnson and Tyler Matzek came on the IL. Can the relief corps continue its good work? The Braves also made some minor roster moves on the off day to address the bench, trading Luis Guillorme to the Angels and acquiring Zack Short from the Red Sox.

Battery Power’s Grant McAuley and Kris Willis headlined and previewed the weekend series against the New York Mets. Make sure to like, share and subscribe to the channel.
