Man dead after shooting at Ohio movie theater – WHIO TV 7 and WHIO Radio

MASSILLON, Ohio – Police say a man is dead after a shooting at a movie theater in Ohio on Friday.

Just before 11 p.m., Massillon police were notified of a shooting at the Regal Cinemas at 175 Cherry Road, according to a police release.

Officers responded and found a deceased man near the lobby.

The man was identified as Daron Davis, 27, of Canton.

A suspect was arrested outside the Massillon Police Department just after 11:30 p.m.

The investigation is currently ongoing.
